Who can participate?

A. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

1. BUYER PARTICIPANTS FROM:

Participation of Buyers is by invitation only.

2. CRITERIA IN INVITING BUYERS

• Buyers who are selling Asia but not the Philippines;
• Buyers who  would like to expand their tour programs to include the Philippines;
• Buyers who have included the Philippines in the past  but have dropped us; and
• Buyers coming from non-traditional markets;
• Qualified Buyers should not be less than a Product Manager/Director.

3. GUIDELINES FOR PROSPECTIVE FOREIGN BUYERS

• All Buyers must confirm their participation in PHITEX using the Buyer Agreement Form which must be submitted within the prescribed deadline;
• Confirmation of BUYER is made only after receipt of duly accomplished Online Registration Form ;   Buyer Screening Committee  Approval, and submission of the duly signed copy of Buyer Agreement; and
• Amenities or privileges will be extended by the PHITEX Secretariat to HOSTED Buyers (e.g. airline tickets, accommodation, meals, tours and transportation on specified route) does  not automatically apply to the Buyer's accompanying persons.

B. PHILIPPINE SELLERS

• Tour Operators
• Convention Facilities
• Meetings, Incentive, Congress  Organizers
• Other Tourism Related Establishments

2.  PARTICIPATION FEE

     PHITEX 2011 rates for Seller Delegates are as follows:

    Entitlements:

• 1 Seller Badge
• 1 Company profile listing in the Event Directory
• 1 Directory of Buyers
• 1 Set of pre-scheduled business appointments with buyers
• Lunch, AM & PM Snacks on September 01
• Entry to Grand Dinner Reception
• Attendance to Educational Seminars for Seller delegates
